How Delivery Works
Reqidas is based in Heidelberg, Germany. Our products are made to order and manufactured as a single piece in Pakistan. You can order one piece, a lot or a bulk quantity. International shipping is free and already included in the price, so there are no extra delivery charges at checkout. Once your order is packed, we send you an email with your tracking information.

Exchange or Return of Goods
Your satisfaction matters to us. If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us and we will make it right with a replacement or refund.
Please note that personalised and made to order items are non-refundable unless they are faulty or damaged on arrival.

FAQs
Every item is made to order and manufactured as a single piece. Production usually takes 5 business days, followed by international delivery of about 7 to 9 business days. You will receive a confirmation email after you order and a tracking email when your order ships.
Yes, we ship worldwide. The shipping cost depends on your location.
Depending on your country, import duties or taxes may apply on arrival. These are set by your local customs authority, and we have no control over them. If they apply, they are the responsibility of the customer.

Personalised and made to order items are non-refundable, because they are made specially for you. The only exception is an item that is faulty or damaged on arrival. In that case, contact us and we will help.

Reqidas entwirft und fertigt Sportbekleidung, Handschuhe, Lederbekleidung sowie Accessoires. Jedes Teil wird auf Bestellung als Einzelstück in Pakistan produziert – Sie können also sowohl einzelne Artikel als auch größere Mengen oder Großbestellungen in Auftrag geben. Wir versenden weltweit; die Versandkosten sind bereits im Preis enthalten.
